Hi there, I’m Iulia! I love (re)connecting people to themselves, to nature, to what truly matters.
For the past a decade, I’ve been working in communications, turning complex ideas into meaningful stories. I’ve lived and worked in the UK, the Netherlands, and Chile, and I’m now based in Romania, my home country. I discovered meditation in 2020, thanks to my friend Emma, and it quickly became a daily anchor — bringing clarity, calm, and a deeper connection to myself. Inspired by its profound impact, I trained as a 1 Giant Mind teacher and began offering courses in December 2024.
